Vi behandlar dina uppgifter i enlighet med EU:s dataskyddsförordning (GDPR, förordning 2016/679).

2. Vilka uppgifter samlar vi in?

När du anmäler dig till vår väntlista samlar vi in följande uppgift:

  • E-postadress

Vi samlar inte in namn, telefonnummer eller annan personlig information i detta formulär.

3. Varför behandlar vi dina uppgifter?

Vi behandlar din e-postadress för följande ändamål:

  • Väntlista: Att meddela dig när Våg:a öppnar upp och platser blir tillgängliga.
  • Nyhetsbrev och marknadsföring: Att skicka information om kommande sessioner, evenemang och erbjudanden, om du har samtyckt till detta.

Den rättsliga grunden för behandlingen är ditt samtycke (GDPR art. 6.1.a), vilket du ger i samband med att du fyller i formuläret.

4. Hur länge sparar vi dina uppgifter?

Vi sparar din e-postadress till dess att:

  • Du begär att bli borttagen, eller
  • Vi bedömer att uppgiften inte längre är relevant, t.ex. om Våg:a upphör eller du inte har engagerat dig inom 24 månader.

5. Tredjeparter

Vi använder Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC) för att lagra och hantera e-postlistan. Mailchimp kan behandla dina uppgifter på servrar inom USA. Mailchimp är certifierade under EU:s standardavtalsklausuler (SCC) vilket säkerställer ett adekvat skydd för dina uppgifter.

Vi delar inte dina uppgifter med andra tredjeparter.

6. Dina rättigheter

Enligt GDPR har du rätt att:

  • Få tillgång till de uppgifter vi har om dig
  • Rätta felaktiga uppgifter
  • Radera dina uppgifter (rätten att bli glömd)
  • Begränsa behandlingen
  • Invända mot behandling för marknadsföringsändamål
  • Återkalla ditt samtycke när som helst, utan att detta påverkar lagligheten av behandling som skett dessförinnan

2. What data do we collect?

When you sign up to our waiting list, we collect the following:

  • Email address

We do not collect your name, phone number or any other personal information through this form.

3. Why do we process your data?

We process your email address for the following purposes:

  • Waiting list: To notify you when Våg:a opens and spots become available.
  • Newsletter and marketing: To send information about upcoming sessions, events and offers, if you have consented to this.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a), which you provide when completing the form.

4. How long do we retain your data?

We retain your email address until:

  • You request deletion, or
  • We determine the data is no longer relevant, e.g. if Våg:a closes or you have not engaged within 24 months.

5. Third parties

We use Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC) to store and manage our email list. Mailchimp may process your data on servers in the United States. Mailchimp is certified under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), ensuring adequate protection for your data.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (right to be forgotten)

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
